Phase 1 week 3 day 3
I feel fabulous! I have done 3 days so far and looking forward to tomorrow's workout. I have been eating pretty good and not over doing it.

Phase 1 week 3
Since I have not been completely well for the past 3 weeks, I am starting Phase1 week 3 over tomorrow. I am actually looking forward to P90X. This is the first time I eat and exercise and working quick! Note to self: KEEP HYDRATED!!
