Week 3 make up

Monday & tuesday & wednesday completed those day but thursday my headache took over (just happened to be yoga day, YUCK) and friday hungar & begining of headache made me miss. Well, today is saturday and I am hoping to work in yesterday and todays workout in today and rest sunday...I AM HOPING. I had fell off the eating wagon slightly, not much to still, OFF. This week I had some bad stuff like: Take 5 candy bar, 6" philly cheese from subway (my fav, at least I didnt get the footlong like I wanted), 2 icecream bars.

But, work gave us a waterbottle and I am starting to use it to get more and keep track of how much I am drinking (gatorade).

well, need to eat breakfast and start my day of relaxation!! (after working out)

Yesterday, sick

OK yesterday I was going to start week 3 of P90X, didnt happen. I was feeling like I icky, come to find out I was dehydrated...dizzy, light head, eyes were focusing after it got to its spot(those being the worst), didnt feel hungry, wanting to throw up...get the picture. My body felt like it had did a workout for hours, arms & legs very weak, didnt want to stand-up, arms I just wanted them to hand to the side and not be used. I even took a shower late in the evening and my arms were struggling to wash. So, yesterday I need to take a day off. Hopefully today I keep hydrated and workout tonight.

Week 2 Complete

OK I have finished week 2, alot weaker for now....I am exhausted but I will say I have checked my sugar levels twice and they were unbelievable low. I got it down to 104 saturday morning and 116 this morning. I am very pleased with myself. I am sticking with this P90X. I start week 3 tomorrow...

Week 2, Day 2

just finish working out. Plyometrics P90X lots of jumping!! Today I have 10 pieces of malt balls (easter candy) and a 2oz bag of cheeze it, extra stuff not on food plan. All last week, I did really good with eating and exercising but today I could not resist having a couple of things not on food plan. Last week I did not fall asleep but today I was sleepy after lunch and afternoon snack. So note to self: leave the extra stuff off food plan.
