Christmas Pledge starts today....Day 1

Came home feeling like i should workout but really didn't want to. I am getting burned out and I need to do some changing. I don't know what yet, but I am going to talk with the husband for some suggestions. Its time. Keep pushing through it. I can do it.

2 turkey and cheese hot pocket
white cheddar popcorn 1 serving
hersey almond candy bar 1 serving

Dinner:
wheat wrap
1 serving of lime cilantro white rice
1.5 serving of low fat sour cream
.75 fihita flavored chicken
Lasgna small piece
3 garlic toast

water:
20 oz at work
and at home for the rest of the night.



For a change, I decided to do this routine in a different order.

4th bent arm dumbbell pullover ...OMG ouch

Christmas goal week

Weekend is finally coming to an end and the shopping is almost complete. I have been busy running around (here it comes) I have not been exercising. Lousy excuse! That is why I am making a Christmas goal week!

For the week of Christmas, I plan to do cardio every day preferrable in the morning before work and weights 3 times that week. Since I did not make it into the size 14 jeans, I am going to fit in another cardio in the evening for 2 days, if not more.

I am also going to be watching what I eat and drink more water!

I pledge I can do and will do.

Cramps in the back of my Calves

OK, I was all set to do the treadmill for my days exercise but after being on for 5 minutes or so my calves started cramping. I stop at that point. Then it hit me I have not been drinking any water for the past couple of days. I am dehydrated. So, the husband gave me a little packet of Propel (grape) I will be drink this tomorrow instead of my diet coke. I am going to have 20 coffee in the morning. I need to jump start the brain...LOL

Better try tomorrow.

Thank you! Jessica

Thank you Jessica. today you motivated me to get in the gym and do my workout. I really didn't want to do anything today except veg in front of the TV and chill. I drudgingly came into the gym thinking I will just do the bare minimim. I just happened to check my other blog "Making a Photographer" and seen she commented on my "Goal: Little Black Dress" she simply said that she likes doing weights but with school and work it is difficult. I didn't want to disappoint myself by missing another workout and I really didn't want to disappoint her. So I thank you for the motivation to kick by butt with your words.

Monday start of week 5, YEAH

8:03pm starting my workout after talking with husband that I should keep the weight training and just increase my cardio. So guess what, I will be increasing the cardio soon. Today I went down 6 flights of cement steps, right leg started to twitch afterwards.

Goal: to make the trip to washington to see New Moon being filmed and to workout with Kellan Lutz or any of the cast of Twilight.

My Birthday

OK its a loser excuse but I feel like I needed it off. So, I took off the day before, the day and the day after my birthday. Now, that I am refreshed I am ready to get back to the program. I have a new goal. I, with a friend, are going to try to make it to Washington to see the filming of New Moon, of the Twilight Saga by Stephenie Meyer. Fantasy goal is to work out with Kellan Lutz during the shooting.

Tomorrow is Weights day and hope to add a little bit of cardio.

Drink more water!!

Thursday, Cardio

It was a short cardio day for me. By the time I got home from work, daughter's concert, and picking up groceries it was after 9pm. I was completely wiped out. I got on the dreaded stationary bike for a good 10 mins. I know its not long enough but I just could not sit any longer. I was about to jump in the shower when I found out a line had already formed. That has never happened before so I laid down and took a short nap.

I will do better tomorrow.

1/2 cup kashi cereal

1/2 a supreme pizza (frescha)

Pulling day, Wednesday

I so wanted NOT to do anything today but I need to keep on track. If I faulter I will not continue, and I want to get into the black dress. I am happy I did do the workout. I pat myself for completing today's challenge. I am going to try to do some cardio in the morning, I hope I can report back successful.

Tuesday (Taking the day off)

OK Folks

I am taking the day off. I will be doing my weights tomorrow. I will be photographing myself with the gym equipment. So, I am hoping it looks as good in my head as it does on film..

Monday Cardio

Today, I really wanted to do my cardio. I was feeling it all day. So when I got home I immediately got dressed in my shorts and t-shirt and jumped on the treadmill. I did 20 minutes, and I went at it like I did when I started. I sweated!!! and my calves did not start hurting around the 18 minutes mark. I did great!

I listen to my mp3 on loud as hell volumn (unusual for me) but it was great. Total motivation to keep moving!!!

Breakfast:
Coffee creamer and sugar
bananna walnut muffin top

Lunch:
1/2 fajita burrito from Chipottle (company celebration)
1 serving of tuna salad with 5 crackers

Dinner:
2 chili cheese hot dogs
1 serving of fries (yuk and cold)

snack
2 hot dog

Goal: Me being the "Spotlight" center of attention

Sunday, Weights Pushing muscles.

Sunday, after missing friday's leg workout and saturday off day. I really needed to do this today. I am feeling really good and proud that I am still on the correct path to losing and toning ME. I may have to increase my protein because the weights are feeling like a ton when I am trying to left them. just a thought for now. but I do need to starting taking vitamins and creatine and I know there is something else. I will let you know at the next entry.

Meals:
Breakfast:
2 eggs yolk
2 french toast with syrup
1/2 wheat begal with lite cream cheese
4 precooked tyson bacon. not very tasty

Lunch:
1.25 servings bean and ham soup (can)

2 servings of chocolate ice cream
4 oz 1% milk

1 erving of cheese its

Dinner:
1 serving of spagetti with parmesian

water: 16-20 oz need to increase

Thursday cardio

I have to find a new way of doing cardio. I came home after work and shopping, and I really did not feel like doing anything. I have not eaten since 2p and it is 9p when I finally got on the bike. only did 10 minutes and I am hoping to wake up early enough to get on the treadmill for a little bit before leaving for work.

Today was not a good cardio workout day.

Seems like a busy day but I was able to get in about 15 minutes on the bike.

Monday Chest/Triceps Weights

I feel like I fell off the wagon but I really didn't too much. I didn't do the exercise. But I feel great that I did it today. I did change the bench press using the barbell itself. My right are was getting shaky so I changed it to Around the Worlds and OMG I feel amazing. It kicked my butt and my arms, chest, and shoulders are screaming at the moment but it was a really good change. I think I will keep it.
