P90X day3

yes, I have done P90X for 3 days now and I AM SORE,exhausted, achy, and absolutely satisfied. I am looking forward to tomorrow's workout.

Day 1 Chest & Back
Day 2 lots of jumping workout
Day 3 Arms & Shoulders
Day 4 is Yoga

I refuse to look ahead in fear of losing my spunk. I have kept on the food plan.

I would write more on this blog if I had the time but when I get home at 630m I immediately start setting up to be able to workout at 7pm. I get done about 8p and then I have dinner. I spend a little time with the family and then I shower, make my breakfast, lunch, and snacks for the next day. Then the goal is to be in bed by 10p...so far I havent been able to get to bed until 11p...but trying.

So good night, more stuff to do before bed..

RMCALORIE

RMCALORIE (all in small letters) is one of my twitter names. I will also prick my finger in the morning and record my sugar level. I twit the item I am eating along with the calories, carbs, and proteins. I started off good this morning but I still have to update some other stuff. I am trying really hard to keep this going.

Anniversary Goal

Here goes! At 9:15am this morning I weighed myself after a shower and before eating/drinking. I weigh 176lbs. I'm 4'9" and I am almost 50% body fat. My wedding anniversary is March 31st. I told my husband if I lost 5lbs by our 21st Anniversary (March 31st)we are going to have dinner at Rock Bottom Brewer. I know, not the most healthy place to go but I have never been and I work very very close to it. He agreed! I am on a mission. Also, hoping making these baby steps will encourage me to make more baby steps!
