Week 3 make up

Monday & tuesday & wednesday completed those day but thursday my headache took over (just happened to be yoga day, YUCK) and friday hungar & begining of headache made me miss. Well, today is saturday and I am hoping to work in yesterday and todays workout in today and rest sunday...I AM HOPING. I had fell off the eating wagon slightly, not much to still, OFF. This week I had some bad stuff like: Take 5 candy bar, 6" philly cheese from subway (my fav, at least I didnt get the footlong like I wanted), 2 icecream bars.

But, work gave us a waterbottle and I am starting to use it to get more and keep track of how much I am drinking (gatorade).

well, need to eat breakfast and start my day of relaxation!! (after working out)
