yes, I have done P90X for 3 days now and I AM SORE,exhausted, achy, and absolutely satisfied. I am looking forward to tomorrow's workout.
Day 1 Chest & Back
Day 2 lots of jumping workout
Day 3 Arms & Shoulders
Day 4 is Yoga
I refuse to look ahead in fear of losing my spunk. I have kept on the food plan.
I would write more on this blog if I had the time but when I get home at 630m I immediately start setting up to be able to workout at 7pm. I get done about 8p and then I have dinner. I spend a little time with the family and then I shower, make my breakfast, lunch, and snacks for the next day. Then the goal is to be in bed by 10p...so far I havent been able to get to bed until 11p...but trying.
So good night, more stuff to do before bed..
