12 weeks "Body Building" Challenge begins

Today is the 1st day of the challenge, as I write this I just finished my breakfast.
3 eggs over easy
2 toast with applebutter
2 cups of mocha coffee with whipcream

1hour from now, I will be working out to P90X. Still need to figure out what supplements to take, if taking any??
