Finally got off out at 630pm (damn overtime), got home about 745pm.
Goal: Still looking for motivation

Lateral Raises 5lbs 12,12,12
Tricep Pushdowns (standing) 10lbs 12,12 20lbs 12

Today I sweated, which made me feel really good (hadn't had that for a while now)
