Wednesday Weights (Pulling)

Up and out to work and now I am back. I am ready to workout and I want to feel the burn, gosh never thought I would look forward to working out...LOL

Meals:
Coffee cream and sugar
Bananna Walnut muffin

Lunch:
Michael Calendar Rice,broccoli,cheese dinner
small honeycrisp apple
20 oz diet coke

Dinner
popcorn shrimp 2 serving
fries 1 serving
water

Routine:
Lat Pull downs: 30lbs 3x 15
2 Dumbbell rows 10 lbs 3x 15
Superman 3x 15
Alternate Hammer Curls 10 lbs 3x 15
Incline dumbbell press 10 lbs 3x 15

Music: Twilight Soundtrack
Goal: The thought of working out with Kellen Lunz on the site of New Moon...LOL wishful thinking...LOL
