Monday Cardio

Today, I really wanted to do my cardio. I was feeling it all day. So when I got home I immediately got dressed in my shorts and t-shirt and jumped on the treadmill. I did 20 minutes, and I went at it like I did when I started. I sweated!!! and my calves did not start hurting around the 18 minutes mark. I did great!

I listen to my mp3 on loud as hell volumn (unusual for me) but it was great. Total motivation to keep moving!!!

Breakfast:
Coffee creamer and sugar
bananna walnut muffin top

Lunch:
1/2 fajita burrito from Chipottle (company celebration)
1 serving of tuna salad with 5 crackers

Dinner:
2 chili cheese hot dogs
1 serving of fries (yuk and cold)

snack
2 hot dog

Goal: Me being the "Spotlight" center of attention

Keep moving
