Came home feeling like i should workout but really didn't want to. I am getting burned out and I need to do some changing. I don't know what yet, but I am going to talk with the husband for some suggestions. Its time. Keep pushing through it. I can do it.

coffee creamer sugar 6oz
muffin top
lunch and snack
2 turkey and cheese hot pocket
white cheddar popcorn 1 serving
hersey almond candy bar 1 serving
Dinner:
wheat wrap
1 serving of lime cilantro white rice
1.5 serving of low fat sour cream
.75 fihita flavored chicken
Lasgna small piece
3 garlic toast
water:
20 oz at work
and at home for the rest of the night.
For a change, I decided to do this routine in a different order.
1st Cable push downs
2nd Around the world and Dumbbell press alternating..wow does that burn
3rd incline dumbbell press
4th bent arm dumbbell pullover ...OMG ouch
5th crunches

Around the Worlds 5 lbs 15,15,15 (alternating sets with dumbbell press)
Dumbbell press 5lbs 15,15, 15
Incline bench press
dumbbells 10lbs: 15, 10, 10
Bent-Arm Dumbbell pullover
dumbbell 10lbs 15, 10, 10
Triceps
Cable push downs
20 lbs 12,10,7 felt the burn
Bench Dips
No attempt
Upper Abdominal
Crunches 15, 15, 15
