Thursday cardio

I have to find a new way of doing cardio. I came home after work and shopping, and I really did not feel like doing anything. I have not eaten since 2p and it is 9p when I finally got on the bike. only did 10 minutes and I am hoping to wake up early enough to get on the treadmill for a little bit before leaving for work.

Today was not a good cardio workout day.

Meals
Breakfast
coffee cream and sugar
begal with cream cheese

Lunch:
Micheal Calendar frozen pot pie dinner
white cheddar popcorn
2 bottles of diet coke

Dinner
chicken salad on croissant. store bought
small salad with italian dressing

snack:
1 serving of angel food cake (very dry and not so good tasting)

Goal: too busy thinking of my hurting knee
watched TV not motivating

Better tomorrow
Keep moving
