It was a short cardio day for me. By the time I got home from work, daughter's concert, and picking up groceries it was after 9pm. I was completely wiped out. I got on the dreaded stationary bike for a good 10 mins. I know its not long enough but I just could not sit any longer. I was about to jump in the shower when I found out a line had already formed. That has never happened before so I laid down and took a short nap.
I will do better tomorrow.
Meals:
Breakfast
coffee, creamer and sugar
muffin top
lunch:
tuna salad
6 crakers
yogurt
1/2 cup kashi cereal
Dinner:
1/2 a supreme pizza (frescha)
snack:
4 bits of butter pecan ice cream
