Sunday, Weights Pushing muscles.

Sunday, after missing friday's leg workout and saturday off day. I really needed to do this today. I am feeling really good and proud that I am still on the correct path to losing and toning ME. I may have to increase my protein because the weights are feeling like a ton when I am trying to left them. just a thought for now. but I do need to starting taking vitamins and creatine and I know there is something else. I will let you know at the next entry.

Meals:
Breakfast:
2 eggs yolk
2 french toast with syrup
1/2 wheat begal with lite cream cheese
4 precooked tyson bacon. not very tasty

Lunch:
1.25 servings bean and ham soup (can)

2 servings of chocolate ice cream
4 oz 1% milk

1 erving of cheese its

Dinner:
1 serving of spagetti with parmesian

water: 16-20 oz need to increase


Weight Routine:
Chest
Around the Worlds 5 lbs 15,15,15 ouch
Incline bench press
dumbbells 15lbs: 15, decreased to 12.5 12 and 8
Bent-Arm Dumbbell pullover
dumbbell 12.5lbs 15, 10, 8

Triceps
Cable push downs
15lbs 15, 10, 10 felt the burn
Bench Dips
No attempt

Upper Abdominal
Crunches 15, 15, 15
leg raises 10,7,7 extra
treadmill 18 minutes 45 minutes before workout.

Goal: finishing and showing off a new ME at Christmas (hoping) but at least I will next year.
