I feel like I fell off the wagon but I really didn't too much. I didn't do the exercise. But I feel great that I did it today. I did change the bench press using the barbell itself. My right are was getting shaky so I changed it to Around the Worlds and OMG I feel amazing. It kicked my butt and my arms, chest, and shoulders are screaming at the moment but it was a really good change. I think I will keep it.
