Pulling day, Wednesday

I so wanted NOT to do anything today but I need to keep on track. If I faulter I will not continue, and I want to get into the black dress. I am happy I did do the workout. I pat myself for completing today's challenge. I am going to try to do some cardio in the morning, I hope I can report back successful.

Meals:
coffee cream sugar
bananna walnut muffin top

Lunch
Frozen Michael calendar turkey mash potatoe with bacon bits and cheese
20 oz diet coke

Dinner:

Routine:
Lat Pull downs: 30lbs 15, 40lbs 2 x 10 increase
2 Dumbbell rows 10 lbs 3x 15 next time increase by 2.5 lbs
Superman 3x 15
Alternate Hammer Curls 10 lbs 3x 15 possible increase by 2.5lbs
Incline dumbbell press 10 lbs 2x 15 10
