Christmas goal week

Weekend is finally coming to an end and the shopping is almost complete. I have been busy running around (here it comes) I have not been exercising. Lousy excuse! That is why I am making a Christmas goal week!

For the week of Christmas, I plan to do cardio every day preferrable in the morning before work and weights 3 times that week. Since I did not make it into the size 14 jeans, I am going to fit in another cardio in the evening for 2 days, if not more.

I am also going to be watching what I eat and drink more water!

I pledge I can do and will do.
