Thoughts! I hate working out. Its really not fun, but I do take satisfaction that I complete the days workout (all of the workout)

Workout
Leg Press = Pile Dumbbell Squats 3x12 @25lbs
Leg Extensions 3x12 @20lbs
Wide Stance Barbell Squat 3x12 @20lbs
Seated Leg Curl = Good Mornings @20lbs
Standing Calf Raises
Seated Calf Raise


Meals
1. 3eggs, 1 serving of cream of wheat
2. 4 strips of chicken
3. popsicles over the day
4. chicken tacos
