Thoughts: I dont feel like working out today. Im super hungry and Im tired. I couldnt sleep last night, but I did fall asleep about 430am just to be woken up to take son to school. Hope I can sleep tonight!

Wide Pushups = done
Incline Dumbbell Press 3x10 @12.5lbs
Flat Bench Flyes 3x10 @10lbs
Decline Flyes 2x 10 @7.5lbs
Bench Dips 10 @bodyweight
Lying EZ Bar Tricep Extensions 3x10 @10lbs
Dumbbell Tricep Kickbacks 3x10 @10lbs
Overhead Two Handed Tricep Extensions 3x10 @10lbs
Note: just finished workout, arms burning!!!
Meals
1. 3 eggs, 1/2 cup of brown rice and 4 turkey strips of bacon
2. 2 serving of ramen noodles (1 pkg)
