Thoughts: This completes my 2nd week!! now I get 2 days off in a row, yippee the weekend is mine.

Standing Dumbbell Straight-Arm Front Delt Raise To A 'T' (up and open)

Side Lateral Raises 3x12 @5lbs

Exercise Ball Crunch
Air Bike

1. 1 serving of cream of wheat
2. 4 white bread with thin layer of butter
