Thoughts: hate late startings...today I started at 715p and ended at 8p. But I completed most of the work.
Workout:
Wide Grip Barbell Press 4x8 45lbs
Wide pushups 3x10
cable crossover = flyes 3x8 @10lbs
Incline bench press 3x10 @10lbs
pushps (failed)
pulldown cruches 10 30lbs
superset
toe touch and crunches 3x10...failed, not enough
Meals:
1. egg mcmuffin
2. 2 strips of chicken and corn (steamed)
3. carrot protein cake
4. 2fish fillet, broccoli,cheese, rice (YUMMY)
5. 1 hot dog, tapico pudding
